Yes, we operate on a rolling monthly contract, which includes a 14-day cancellation period. This provides you with the flexibility to manage your commitments while ensuring continuity and stability in our services.
How and where are tasks managed?
Tasks are managed by our project manager using Notion.
How do we communicate?
We primarily use asynchronous communication through Slack or Teams.
Additionally, we schedule weekly check-ins to ensure we're aligned on tasks and to share any general updates, keeping our collaboration smooth and informed.
Can I upgrade and downgrade my plan anytime?
Absolutely. You have the flexibility to adjust your plan according to your needs.
Feel free to upgrade your plan whenever you require additional design work. Once your design needs are met, you can easily downgrade to focus solely on Webflow support.
This ensures you get the right level of service exactly when you need it.
Will I have the same designer and developer working on the site?
Yes, consistency is key to us. You'll have the same designer and developer dedicated to your project from start to finish. This ensures a cohesive vision and seamless execution throughout the development process.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes you can. Pause or cancel anytime, no questions asked.
How do you handle priority issues/tasks?
Priority tasks are managed efficiently under our retainer plan. You have direct access to our team via Slack from 10am to 6pm UK time every day.
For urgent matters, such as website downtime, DNS/domain issues, critical functionality failures (e.g., non-working forms, broken links), or security concerns, we guarantee action within 1-2 business hours.
All other requests will be addressed within 1-2 business days, ensuring your most critical needs are prioritised and resolved promptly.
Are requests really unlimited?
Absolutely! As our client, you have the freedom to submit as many requests as you wish. There's no cap on the number of tasks you can queue. We'll process each one sequentially, ensuring you receive each task's outcomes before moving on to the next.
